For order can transfer money to:
Please review the cancellation policy by matching your check in date
with the travel season in Thailand. Our rates of refund are derived from
our suppliers' requirements, and can be summarized as follows:
HOTEL CONCELLATION :
Normal Season – 1 May to 31 October

High Season: January 16 - April 30 and November 1 - December
14 for all destinations
and January 16 - April 30 and July 16 -September 15 for Koh Samui only.

In case of NO-SHOW or early check out, non refund will be made. (Considered
as cancellation without the required advance notice)
Amendment need to be made not less then 10 business days prior to check-in
date (in case of emergency, please contact our reservation directly.)
We will not be responsible for any (additional) charges incurred after
cancellations/ amendments without confirmation from our side.
Peak Season (Thailand) Period: December 15 - January 15 / Festive
and Holiday period for all destinations

For authentication purposes, only written cancellation notices (e-mail
or fax) will be accepted.
The refund will be made through bank transfer or through your credit card,
depending on the original method of purchase. Additionally, although iChiangmaiHotel.com
will instruct the bank to handle the crediting process immediately upon
notification of cancellation, it could take from 4 to 6 weeks for the
actual crediting to take place, depending on your Bank's practice.
